I turned the big 40 in 2014. I had good energy. I was healthy, except for a couple of aches and pains. I ate pretty clean and I worked out 5-6 times a week. However, I was working so hard and doing everything right, with NO results. I definitely had hit a plateau and needed to do something different. I knew it had to be something structured that would help me focus on portion control. Well, 20/30 did that and so much more. I feel like I went through a total “reset”. My energy level is through the roof, my aches and pains are gone, my cravings disappeared, and I’m just thrilled about how I feel overall. Losing the extra pounds was a huge bonus.
