Dear Valued Members,

Per Governor Newsom's mandate, we have been asked to close our doors for the next few weeks.

We are hopeful that we will be able to re-open on the proposed date of May 3, 2020.

With the closure, our employees will not be at work. This means we will not be available to answer questions until we re-open and have our team members back at capacity.

We know that closing clubs is difficult for you too. We encourage you to continue to exercise from home and we look forward to the clubs reopening soon.

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Will I continue to be billed while the gym is closed?

Right now, your membership billing frequency will continue as scheduled and your membership will be extended to cover the time of the closure. If we are unable to reopen our clubs by April 1, 2020, we will stop billing you until the clubs reopen. If you have a Paid in Full membership, the end date will be extended to cover the time clubs are closed. This includes all billings for fitness, personal training, Kids Club, Swim Lessons, Mx4  and Pilates as well as annual/enhancement fees if applicable.

How long will you be closed?

We have closed the operation of all of clubs as of Monday, March 16, until at least May 3rd, 2020,  per government order. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will follow the guidelines, instructions and recommendations of public health officials and the CDC.

What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Our biggest step was to close our clubs to the public. To the extent permitted by public health officials, even though we are closed maintenance and janitorial crews have provided additional cleaning and disinfecting so that when we reopen, the clubs are ready for your return.

How will I be notified when the clubs reopen?

Updates on reopening will be posted on our website and via social media.  Download our free mobile app. Confirmation of a reopening date will be emailed to members using the email address we have on file, so update it on the mobile app and website.

How does the club closure affect my Paid in Full membership?

Your memberships will be extended to cover the time of the closure.

I was just charged for this month, will I be refunded?

Your membership will be extended to cover the time of the closure.

How do I cancel my membership?

During this time, we are offering a complimentary Freeze on your membership, waiving the standard $15 monthly fee.

I am in a contract for Personal Training, Pilates, Mx4, Swim Lessons, Massage, how do I cancel or freeze?

Your sessions will be available to you when we reopen. The expiration date on accumulated sessions will be extended to cover the time of the closure.
