Delta Valley Athletic Club believes that personal training is one of the most time-effective and time-efficient ways to get and stay in shape. Anyone wishing to make a lifetime change in their health and wellness should explore personal training to insure that they are safe and their goals attainable.

Personal training is not “one size fits all” at Delta Valley Athletic Club. We understand that not every member can or wants to work out with a trainer three times a week, month after month. That’s why we offer a menu of customized training options, including one-on-one, semi-private, or small group training.

Perhaps your individual routine needs updating—a single session with a trainer can revitalize your workout. You’ve just had a baby—a 10-week program with a trainer can help you get back to your pre-pregnancy shape. Or you and your partner are dedicated Spinning® enthusiasts but want more individualized attention than a Group Exercise class offers—a series of five semi-private training sessions can refine and challenge your skills.
