How do I get started?

As part of your Delta Valley Health Club’s network membership, you’re invited to attend our Group Exercise classes at no additional cost. We provide classes for all levels and cater to a range of needs. So whether you are looking for a cardio workout, a way to build and tone muscles, or a program that harmonises mind and body, stop by and try a few classes to find one that fits.

Speciality Series

Our six-week programs offer many fun and original forms of exercise such as Flirty Dancing, Willpower and Grace, Country Line Dancing, and Hip Hop. These programs are offered throughout the year.

Zumba

Zumba combines upbeat Latin music with unique moves that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is recommended for those who want a workout that invigorates their mind and body.

Body Blast

A full-body workout that uses tubing, hand-held weights, body bars, exercise balls, and bodyweight for resistance training. Includes abdominal and stretch exercises.

F.I.T. Challenges the athlete in you!

This class combines boot-camp concepts with sport conditioning. Participants will go through strength, flexibility, speed, and coordination training to jump, squat, push, crunch, and sweat!

Moms in Motion

Join other new moms in a class uniquely designed to address your needs. We’ll work on cardiovascular health, strength training, and balance work with an emphasis on core strength. Babies six weeks to nine months old are welcome.

Muscle Pump

A fun and challenging full-body workout that incorporates plate-loaded weights in a set routine pre-choreographed to music.

Pilates Mat

Floor exercises that strengthen your body’s core muscles and improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. All levels welcome.

The Barre

We combine the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, body elongating, the science of physical therapy, and the intense pace of interval training which gives you a uniquely lean, firm, and sculpted body.

Yoga

An exercise program that develops your strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance to improve concentration, relaxation, and focus.

PIYO

A fat-burning, low-impact workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga to make your body lean and sculpted.

Spinning

An intensive, exhilarating workout on an exercise bike which replicates all the challenges of a country ride. We offer a variety of spinning classes with fun music in our air-conditioned gym to whip you into shape.
