Come experience Delta Valley Athletic Club State of the Art Pilates studio with Professional National Certified Instructors. Challenge your body in a total different way then weight machines. The Pilates Reformer is the workhorse of Pilates. This class will lengthen your muscles, improve posture, strengthen your core, and strengthen your muscles the Pilates way. This is a fee-based program; please call in advance for availability and pricing.

Pilates Demo
Experience the Pilates Reformer free, try a one hour Demo class. Create a longer; leaner more balanced body improves core strength flexibility and posture. Check the Pilates table to sign up and reserve a free reformer class.

* Free class to members that have never tried the reformer.

Group Reformer
Reformer is the workhorse of all Pilates equipment. It will assist you through the more challenging exercises; it can add resistance on easier exercises. The group training session is ideal for any beginning Pilates devotee to the advanced.

Buddy Training Reformer
Train with a friend - two people only.

Private Reformer
Receive individual attention and personalize your program to meet your needs in a private session with a certified Pilates Trainer.

Pilates Mat
Floor exercises inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthen your body’s core muscles. Pilates exercises strengthen the body from the inside out. All levels welcome.

All Pilates Reformer Classes will:

  • Simultaneously strengthens and stretches your body
  • Tones and elongates muscles without bulk
  • Augments sport performance
  • Enhances flexibility, joint mobility and core strength
  • Improves balance, coordination and posture
  • Aids in the prevention of injury
  • Improves bone density
  • Promotes stress reduction
Each level of classes build upon the strength and balance gains in the level preceding
  • Beginner to Reformer: for those new to a group reformer class
  • Level 1: prerequisite of Beginner to Reformer or 5 private training sessions
  • Level 2: prerequisite of Level 1 and instructor approval
  • Tower of Power, Pilates on the Rock (half hour Pilates/half-hour rock climbing)
  • Ab Blast: Specialty Pilates classes for those wanting an added challenge to their Pilates workout!
