We've all heard of Pilates, but what does it mean? Basically it's a series of exercises designed to increase your flexibility and muscle strength in your legs, abdominal muscles, arms and back. The exercises also enhance your mobility and improve balance. Delta Valley Health Club boasts a state-of-the-art Pilates studio staffed by Professional National Certified Instructors. Their classes will lengthen your muscles, improve posture and strengthen your muscles and core. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, we have a class to suit you.

In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference and in thirty you'll have a whole new body.

Description of Classes

  • Level 1: Beginner level to start your overall transformation to a new long and lean more balanced body. This will begin to strengthen core muscles and while stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups.
  • Level 2: Will continue to challenge your body and improve posture. This level will begin to enhance ath- letic performance, improve flexibility, strength and endurance.
  • Tower of Power: Is the advanced level of training your body to be in even better shape than you have already worked so hard for!
  • Pilates Boot Camp: Is a high intense combination of working hard on the reformer and working hard off of the reformer keeping your heart rate up and the fat burn high!
  • Jump board: Is a high intense core, leg and arm workout to get your metabolism kicked into gear!
  • Each level of class will build upon the results from the previous class, and each class is subject to instructor approval to mucous to the next class
