Learn the Techniques of a Master Swimmer

Master Swim is a program designed for adults to work individually as well as with a team. The program is open to all adult swimmers such as fitness, triathlete, competitive / non-competitive adults who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. Participants must be able to swim across Lap Pool (25 yards) independently in order to participants. The work outs for our master swim program will be broken down into 3 different levels. These levels will include but not limited to:

Stroke Technique Racing Technique open water Training Aerobic Workout

Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 pm -8:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: from 6:30-7:30 only. No M/W classes
Monthly Fee:Members $20 per month
